Occupying the site of the former headquarters of the Chicago Sun-Times, the 92 story Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago is scheduled for completion in 2008. The Trump Chicago is offering three different types of ownership within the tower. Occupying the top 86 through 89 floors will be the Penthouse residences. Floors 29 through 85 will offer the Condominium Residences, while floors 17 through 27 will include the condo hotel units for sale. Each is suited to meet the needs of permanent residents or those that are looking for a home away from home while traveling.
