Pleasure Island...The name says it all! From the northern most tip of Carolina Beach to the Southern extension of Fort Fisher you will find seven and a half miles of Vacation Pleasure. Swim, jet ski, surf, sun, fish, or just stroll along the edge of the water. Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and Fort Fisher make up the main areas of Pleasure Island. All three pride themselves on uncrowded clean beaches and reasonably priced accommodations in a friendly atmosphere. There are churches of most denominations located right on the Island. Carolina Beach and Kure Beach have lifeguards on duty from Memorial Day until Labor Day.  approximately 40 miles, then left on Foley Beach Express Way. At the end of the Foley Beach Express Way you will turn left on to Canal Road (Hwy 180). Travel approx. 2.8 miles until you get to the first traffic signal (stop light). Tom Thumb shopping complex is on the right hand side at this traffic signal. Pleasure Island Properties\' office is located on site of Tom Thumb shopping complex. We are just on the south side or right side of Tom Thumb. Look for our sign.
